Moonlight Chronicles!

The Moonlight Chronicles are hand-written and illustrated journals about my simple life at home and travels abroad. You can see all the issues here or scroll down to see my other books. The subscriber list always seems to stay fairly small so you can count on getting a personal "thank you" with each order. Feel free to order ahead as many issues as you like. Sometimes i can be at large for a month or more, but always find my way home to eastern Oregon and the little hobbit hole under the hill. There's a beautiful river here and a green meadow, and to the west a big mountain named after Chief Joseph. Whether at home or wandering the planet, i always find items of interest to document in the ongoing 100-page journals and am honored to be able to share them with all you readers and fans. As of September 2007, I have embarked on a one-year quest to lower my carbon footprint as much as possible. No longer will I drive my beloved van. Instead I will walk, pedal and use mass transit devices. Chronicles #62-66 will document my adventures.

From 1980 to 1990 our hobo artist was not a hobo but a professional news photographer. He shot pictures in Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Oklahoma, Kentucky and beyond. This book, although a rough printing, displays all his best photographs made with Leicas, Nikons and a toy camera called Diana. Enjoy seeing this part of Dan's artistic journey, thru a "little glass eye". 136 pages.
